3. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms.
You will receive an automatic order acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, this will not affect orders already placed.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier or postal delays.
6. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

- Fit for purpose
If goods are faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. Product Information and Safety
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or detail may occur.
Age recommendations and safety warnings are provided in accordance with manufacturer guidance and applicable safety regulations.
Children should always be supervised during play, and manufacturer instructions should be followed.
