When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
How much is shipping?
We offer:
- £2.95 flat rate shipping within the UK
- Free UK delivery on orders over £45
- Express delivery (£6.99) available at checkout
All parcels are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the United Kingdom only.
We hope to expand in the future.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please contact us before sending your return so we can assist you.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully checked before it leaves us.
If your parcel arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
Are your toys safe?
All products stocked by The Mini Curator meet relevant UK and EU safety standards and age recommendations.
We always recommend following the manufacturer’s age guidance and supervising young children during play.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment — but it’s something we may introduce in the future.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and approved payment providers.
