Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your order. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.
Our returns policy applies to both UK and international orders.
How to Return an Item
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
We will provide return instructions to guide you through the process.
Return Conditions
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. However:
- Items should be returned in their original condition
- Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible
- Proof of purchase is required
We may reduce the refund if the value of the item has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.
For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.
For international returns, customers are also responsible for any customs documentation or charges required to return the parcel to us.
We recommend using a fully tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item (or proof that it has been returned), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges, import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Where required by law, refunds include the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery charges (such as express delivery) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item and its packaging.
International Orders
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority and are not charged or controlled by The Mini Curator.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any customs duties or taxes paid when your order enters your country.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
